ASEP Automation has developed an innovative Glass Blowing Machine designed to simplify the production of large and complex glass products while improving precision, consistency and operator comfort.

The system combines automated blowing pressure control, programmable pipe rotation, mould handling and adjustable cooling functions. Its proprietary ASEPA Control software enables operators to create and store individual production recipes, ensuring repeatable results while maintaining full control over the glass-forming process.

The machine has received the Gold Award for Innovation Concept from the China Association of Inventions (CAI), recognizing its innovative engineering approach.

In addition, ASEPA Control is available as a standalone software solution for integration into other machines and production systems.
