There are two production reference areas at Bovone:

Machines
Stand alone machines for the treatment of glass sheets: edgers, bevellers and washing machines.
Bovone monitors market trends closely, and this focus has driven the development of advanced technologies like the BRS robotic system, which pairs glass edging machines with multi-axis robots to deliver fully automated, efficient, high-quality solutions. This offering is further enhanced through his sister company, Bovone Diamond Tools (BDT), which supplies advanced tooling for every stage of glass processing. The combination of machines and tools ensures consistently precise, high-quality results.

Plants
Complete systems for mirror silvering and laminated glass lines. Bovone confirms today its role as a leading technology partner for glass lamination, proposing a 360° vision that spans complete production lines, hybrid ovens and stand-alone solutions. Bovone's laminating lines stand out for their ability to adapt to very different production needs. Their modularity allows in-line or U-shaped configurations, optimizing the available floor space in the plant. Thanks to the vertical development of the loading and washing stations, the systems can also operate in limited spaces without sacrificing performance or productivity.
 

At the heart of Bovone lines is the HRC hybrid technology oven. This solution integrates two independent heating systems—radiation and forced convection—which can be used individually or in combination.

Alongside its complete lines with hybrid ovens, Bovone has recently introduced EVATHERM, the new oven designed specifically for lamination with EVA film. This technology is widely used in interior design and high-end architectural applications.
